Thanks to Pierre Chevalier, Head of Energy Price Risk Management and Energy Trading, at DB Energy and Johnny Glærum Energy Manager at Bane NOR, for explaining to the wide range of participants (81 registered people from 14 countries, even Australia!) how the power markets in Germany and Norway do work. They described how the power market has historically evolved, the technologies and forces back the market prices and current situation. In the end,  they shared with us their reflections and expected development in both countries for the coming years.
