ERA (European Railway Agency) has elaborated a questionnaire to understand and evaluate the "situation today and in the near future, on the need for and shape of initiatives to promote EMS (Energy Metering Systems)".

ERA invites all railway undertakings and train leasing companies in Europe to fill in the questionnaire.
